Tips & Hints
We all have those annoying plumbing issues sometimes. You might be able to fix it yourself before calling a professional in.
Here are a few tips to remember that could save you money in the long run.

Going on vacation?
Turn off your water at the main building control valve to protect your plumbing system if a pipe happens to freeze and burst.
Grease plugs drains.
Pouring Grease down the kitchen drain will cost you money in the future.
Ensure all adults living in the building know where the main building control valve is and how to use it. In an emergency not knowing how to shut off the water can be expensive.
Dripping and Leaking Faucets can not only cost you money on your water bill, but can damage countertops and stain sinks. Fix leaking faucets immediately... faucets don't fix themselves.
Don't place chemical cleaners in the toilet tank.
This can damage the plastic parts and void the manufacture warranty.
